The entrant must hold a ticket to The War On Drugs Australia & New Zealand Tour 2023 at End Date of the Promotional Period. Prize Conditions |
Flights: · Exact dates of Travel to be specified by the Promoter. · If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel by the aforementioned date required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to that part of the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu. · Open-jaw, stop-overs or multi-city itineraries are not permitted. · If the Prize or any of the events comprised in the Prize are not able to occur, the Promoter will in no way responsible and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof · Flight ticket is non upgradeable for Premium Economy class or Business Class travel. · Travel does not qualify for mileage accumulation in any frequent flyer program. · No changes permitted to reservations once date of travel is confirmed or ticket has been issued. · The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together · Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. · The prize is subject to booking and flight availability. · The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. · Passports must have at least six (6) months validity. · Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize · Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, overnight layovers, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, freight, excess baggage, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals, entertainment, and any other expenses, departure point as the prize originates and terminates there, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired and all other ancillary costs and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included and are solely the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. · The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for meeting all travel and health requirements for any overseas travel and obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas and complying with customs immigrations regulations. It is the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion to check with all government health authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for fulfilling any visa requirements at their own expense and any other taxation which may arise. · The Prize winner and/or the travelling companion may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in for security deposit/incidentals. · Any fines, penalties, expenditure or inability to travel as a consequence of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion Accommodation: · Exact place of accommodation to be specified by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Departure dates and accommodation are subject to availability and change without notice or compensation. Meet and Greet: · Time and place to be specified by the Promoter. General Prize Conditions: · The Winner is only entitled to the relevant Prize as outlined above and are not entitled to any additional prizing or cash reimbursement to compensate for any difference in actual Prize redemption cost and maximum value. No Prize is transferable nor can any Prize be taken as cash. No compensation is payable if the Winner cannot receive any aspect of the Prize for any reason. · Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. · All prizes are non-transferable. Any prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be cancelled and will no be reissued. · All additional costs not expressly stated herein but incurred in acceptance and use of the relevant Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner and will NOT be the responsibility of the Promoter. · Any and all expenses incurred above and beyond the total travel value of up to $13,000 AUD will be the responsibility of the winner (and their companions) to cover and the Promoter will not be liable for any expenses incurred over $13,000 AUD. Unless otherwise stated above, this includes (but is not limited to) current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. · All prizes are subject to COVID restrictions. Compliance with any public health requirements is the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) and the Promoter makes no representations as to the conditions at the destination and is not responsible if the prize is unable to be fulfilled due to COVID restrictions or any other external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. · Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason or for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control (including for example COVID-19), the Promoter takes no responsibility, and the Prize Winners will not be compensated. · If for some reason beyond Promoter’s control, it is not possible to supply the Prize as advertised, Promoter will be entitled to supply a substitute prize in Promoter’s discretion. If the Competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason (including, but not limited to fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war, technical failures or any other causes), Promoter reserves the right without liability to the entrants to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Competition. · By entering this Promotion, the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Promoter with respect to any aspect of this Promotion, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Promotion. |

Judging |
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The most creative and entertaining answer as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be deemed the winner. The entries will be judged no later than 17:00pm AEST on 14/09/2023. |

Winner: |
One (1) winner will be chosen amongst the Australia and New Zealand entrants. Before being able to participate in the Prize, the Winner and travelling companion will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated, a full release and indemnity form stating that, among other things, they have read and understood these Rules, grant all consents required, agree to be available and to participate in publicity and/or promotions related to the Prize and/or Promoter and/or similar matters, authorize the Promoter to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use their name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the Winner or travelling companion, beyond their participation in the Prize, accept the Prize as offered and release the Promoter from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the Winner and travelling companion’s participation in this Promotion and receipt and use of the Prize. |

Winner Notification |
The Winner will be notified via email or phone as provided by the entrant for the Promotion, within 24 hours of the draw. Further details relating to Prize redemption will be provided at this time. The name of the Winner will be published on Live Nation Australia and New Zealand Facebook Page and Instagram Story by 5:00pm AEST 15/09/2023. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. |

Unclaimed Prizes |
If the Winner cannot be reached or contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification attempt by phone or email, if the Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, if the Winner declines the Prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Rules, the Winner will be disqualified the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn by 17:00pm AEST on 15/09/2023. The Winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours of the draw. If efforts to confirm a winner in accordance with these Rules are unsuccessful, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to award no Prize in this Promotion. |

General Terms |
· Winner may not transfer the Prize to another individual and Prize may not be sold or converted into cash. · The named individual Winner must be the individual that proceeds with the Prize. · Entries contain phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email), Web site URLs, derogatory characterisations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, references to illegal or inappropriate activity, behaviour or conduct, or any other references that could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Promoter, in its sole discretion. Promoter may delete any entries it deems offensive or inappropriate in its discretion and such entries will be disqualified from the Competition. · Promoter will collect personal information about entrants for the purposes of conducting the Competition and awarding the prizes. All information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be accessed at www.livenation.com.au. · The Entry will become the property of Promoter and each entrant hereby assigns, including as a present assignment of future copyright, any right, title and interest (including copyright) the entrant may have in the Entry to Promoter worldwide and in perpetuity. Each entrant acknowledges that Promoter may use the Entry and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in the Entry in any medium and in any manner it sees fit, including without limitation, by reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries, free from any claim whatsoever in any country or place in the world. Each entrant further consents to any and all acts or omissions of Promoter which would, but for this consent, infringe any of the entrant’s moral rights or similar rights in the Entry.
· Promoter is not responsible for any misdirected, late or incomprehensible entries in the Competition. Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading or uploading any materials in this Competition.
