Accessible ticket options include wheelchair-accessible seating, and easy-access locations, among others. Availability may vary by venue and event.

We offer several accessible seating options, depending on the venue and event:

Wheelchair Accessible (No Seat): A seat next to a wheelchair space, available.

Wheelchair Accessible (With Seat): A designated space where the seat has been removed for wheelchair use. Patrons remain in their wheelchair during the event.

Easy Access: For patrons with limited mobility who do not require a wheelchair space. These seats are typically near restrooms and entry/exit points, accessible by three stairs or fewer.

Yes, accessible viewing platforms are available at select stadium shows and festivals. These platforms are designed to provide a clear view of the stage for patrons with accessibility needs. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard is a discreet way to indicate that you have a hidden disability and might need extra assistance or time. It helps staff recognise your need for access to designated viewing platforms and sensory/quiet rooms.

Yes, we are working with venues to provide sensory and quiet rooms at our events. These spaces offer a more comfortable environment for those who might need a break from the noise and stimulation of the concert.
